Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking for an experienced fee earner to own a caseload of multi-track catastrophic value personal injury claims. This is primarily a remote role with occasional attendance in the Manchester or Liverpool office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trial bundle preparation, taking witness statements, drafting instructions to counsel, reviewing medical evidence and liability evidence disclosure
- Instructing and working with Case Managers and Rehabilitation Experts, instructing Case Managers, Rehabilitation and Expert Witnesses
Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Chartered Legal Executive Qualification ideal but not essential
- Detailed knowledge of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability
- Possess good litigation skills to include all procedural, advocacy and practical skills
