We are currently instructed on behalf of a highly regarded national law firm seeking an experienced solicitor to join its specialist Public Law team.
- Public law judicial review claims
- Community care judicial reviews
- Claims against public authorities
- Conduct a mixed caseload of public law matters from pre-action stage through to final hearing.
- Manage legally aided matters and ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements.
- Meet billing, utilisation and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with client care, anti-money laundering, GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
Proven experience handling public law judicial review matters.
Experience in community care judicial reviews and/or claims against public authorities.
Experience managing publicly funded matters and a strong understanding of Legal Aid.
