We are currently instructed on behalf of a highly regarded national law firm seeking an experienced solicitor to join its specialist Public Law team.

  • Public law judicial review claims
  • Community care judicial reviews
  • Claims against public authorities

Conduct a mixed caseload of public law matters from pre-action stage through to final hearing.

Manage legally aided matters and ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements.

Meet billing, utilisation and performance targets.

Ensure compliance with client care, anti-money laundering, GDPR and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Proven experience handling public law judicial review matters.
  • Experience in community care judicial reviews and/or claims against public authorities.
  • Experience managing publicly funded matters and a strong understanding of Legal Aid.
