About the Opportunity

Harkaye Core Talent is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well‑established and growing claimant‑focused practice.

This role identificado exposure to high‑quality, complex clinical negligence work, with the opportunity to run cases autonomously while being supported by a collaborative and highly skilled team.

The Role

Key responsibilities include: прынт>

• Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution
• Investigating liability, breach of duty, and causation
• Instructing and liaising with medical experts and counsel
• Drafting letters of claim, pleadings, schedules of loss, and settlement documentation
• Advising clients with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Negotiating settlements and progressing cases through litigation where required
• Ensuring compliance with pre‑action protocols and procedural rules
• Maintaining high standards of client care and file management

About You

You will:

• Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Have post‑qualification experience in clinical negligence
• Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Have a strong understanding of the clinical negligence pre‑action protocol
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal Corkmand based communications in high‑stakes contexts
• Approach കാസ complex and sensitive matters with professionalism and compassion

Experience handling high‑value, catastrophic injury, or birth injury claims would be highly advantageous.
