We are keen to hear from candidates with upwards of 5 years PQE, with a proven track record of handling cases independently from start to finish. This role promises a challenging yet supportive environment where your contributions will be acknowledged and valued.
Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse caseload, including both contentious and non-contentious work for employer clients. The firm represents a varied client base, from SMEs to listed companies, and also acts for employees. Your day-to-day tasks will range from handling Settlement Agreements to providing corporate support for M&A activities, and advising on a broad spectrum of employment matters including:
- Providing ad hoc guidance on a broad range of operational HR matters
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
- Advising strategically on Boardroom and Senior Management Team disputes
- Supporting clients with data protection compliance matters
- Playing a key advisory role on major projects, including restructures, changes to terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises
- Assisting clients with compliance under the Modern Slavery Act
This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with the firms Commercial, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property teams, all recognised by Legal 500.
