Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal employment caseload both claimant and respondent, contentious and non-contentious matters.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitor or equivalent with at least 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in employment law.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to develop and sustain a client base.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build consensus and handle sensitive issues diplomatically.
  • Organised, practical, and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable with technology, including case management systems, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Motivated by career growth and by contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.
