A well-established and growing specialist law firm based in Ellesmere Port is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor, Fee Earner, or Chartered Legal Executive to join its successful Personal Injury and Credit Hire team. The firm has built a strong reputation in Personal Injury, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), and Credit Hire litigation, acting for a number of high-profile clients and credit hire companies across England. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to recruit talented litigators who can manage their own caseload and contribute to the team's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload including a mix of Personal Injury and Credit Hire matters
- Handle claims from inception through to conclusion, including pre- and post-litigation stages
- Conduct litigation in accordance with the CPR and relevant protocols
- Deliver excellent client care, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively within the team and support junior colleagues where appropriate
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in RTA and/or Credit Hire litigation
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Confident handling cases from start to finish
