We are currently recruiting for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor working with a well-known, award-winning practice that’s growing fast. They’re looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in Court of Protection/Private Client to join the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your own Court of Protection files, with support when you need it
- Getting involved in more complex work alongside senior colleagues
- Helping clients who need ongoing support with day-to-day decisions
- Managing a mix of straightforward tasks and trickier situations
- Staying in touch with clients, families, and support teams
- Putting together applications and paperwork
What You’ll Bring
