An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded, specialist Public Law team recognised for its work across education, health, social care, and human rights. The successful candidate will support a specialist team handling Court of Protection matters, specialising in either Health & Welfare or Property & Affairs.
This role offers the chance to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy working together to make a difference. Hybrid working is available, with a focus on remote first and occasional office attendance required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist fee earners with their caseloads within the Court of Protection team.
- Draft correspondence and prepare court documents.
- Liaise with clients (including vulnerable individuals), case managers, and other professionals.
- Support new client enquiries and maintain accurate internal records.
- Manage calls and casework efficiently, ensuring excellent client service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures and relevant legal developments.
- Assist with billing and general administrative support.
