Conveyancing Solicitor (Manager)

A highly regarded law firm in Bradford is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancing Executive to manage a reduced, high-value caseload while mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will:

• Handle a smaller but high-quality residential caseload, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), shared ownership, Help to Buy, and new build transactions.
• Provide clear legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and referrers.
• Support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and day-to-day guidance.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, quality standards, CQS requirements, and SRA regulations.

• Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Conveyancing Executives.
• Professionals with strong residential conveyancing experience, ideally including exposure to new build work.
• Individuals who enjoy mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues.
