An award-winning national law firm with a stellar reputation across the UK is seeking an experienced and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its renowned Clinical Negligence team based in Liverpool city centre.

While occasional office attendance may be required, this role is predominantly remote, offering true flexibility and a healthy work–life balance.

The Role

You will take ownership of a varied and complex caseload of high-value and often complex clinical negligence claims, spanning obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric matters etc.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced Partner on intricate, high-value cases, further developing your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally 5 years’ PQE
• Strong track record handling litigated clinical negligence claims
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and client management skills
• Proactive, with the ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload efficiently
• Thrives in a flexible and remote-first work environment
