A leading international law firm in London is seeking an England & Wales qualified Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate with 3β5 yearsβ PQE to join its highly regarded practice. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value restructuring and insolvency matters, often with a cross-border dimension, advising a diverse and sophisticated global client base.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of restructuring and special situations matters, including:
- Complex domestic and cross-border restructurings
- Insolvency and restructuring-related proceedings
- Advising on sophisticated financing structures and distressed debt scenarios
- Working closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
