A well-established professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead its growing team and support the firm’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small BD & marketing team
• Deliver marketing activity across digital, events, PR and campaigns
• Work with senior stakeholders on BD initiatives and pitches
• Manage budgets, suppliers and key projects
• Use client insights to improve service and strengthen relationships

About You

• Marketing degree or CIM Level 6
• 5+ years’ experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Confident team leader with strong project management skills
• Excellent communicator, organised and proactive
