Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking for an experienced fee earner to own a caseload of multi-track catastrophic value personal injury claims. This is primarily a remote role with occasional attendance in the Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trial bundle preparation
  • Taking witness statements
  • Drafting instructions to counsel
  • Reviewing medical evidence and liability evidence disclosure
  • Instructing and working with Case Managers and Rehabilitation Experts

Experience Required:

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Chartered Legal Executive Qualification ideal but not essential
  • Detailed knowledge of Employer's Liability and Public Liability
  • Possess good litigation skills to include all procedural, advocacy and practical skills
