A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced EL/PL Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its growing Personal Injury team in Liverpool.
You will manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigated Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims, handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Responsibilities include reviewing liability evidence, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing clear advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
About You
- Experience managing your own EL/PL caseload
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Experience using Proclaim or a similar CMS
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Client-focused with a proactive approach
