Harkaye Core Talent is exclusively instructed on a confidential search for an ambitious 2–4 PQE Arbitration Associate to join a premier London-based litigation boutique known for its complex, cross-border work and elite client base.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join a disputes-only practice that acts on some of the most significant and high-value international arbitrations in the market. The team is ranked in the legal directories for its depth of expertise across commercial and investor-state disputes under a wide range of institutional rules (LCIA, ICC, ICSID, and more).

You will work directly with senior lawyers and partners on matters spanning energy, finance, infrastructure, and sovereign disputes. The firm offers a non-hierarchical environment, a collaborative culture, and meaningful responsibility from day one.

Ideal Profile

• 2–4 years’ PQE with a strong arbitration focus (UK or common law qualified)
• Trained or working at a leading international law firm or specialist boutique
• Experience in commercial and/or investment treaty arbitration
• Technically strong, with excellent drafting and legal research skills
• A team player with the confidence to take initiative
• Foreign language skills and/or familiarity with civil law jurisdictions would be advantageous but are not essential
