As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to support a friendly and supportive HR Manager in a varied and fast-paced role offering excellent exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and personnel documentation
  • Supporting employee onboarding and leaver processes
  • Producing employment-related correspondence and documentation using templates
  • Assisting with holiday, absence and leave administration
  • Providing HR reports and management information as required
  • Coordinating training courses and development activities
  • Managing shared inboxes and diaries
  • Providing general administrative support across a wide range of HR activities

About You:

To be considered, you will ideally have around 12 months' experience in a HR Assistant or HR Administration role, preferably within a professional services environment. You will also possess:

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A meticulous approach with exceptional attention to detail
  • Reliability, discretion and professionalism
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlines
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths
