A highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm based in Liverpool is seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join their expanding team. Location – Liverpool
Salary – £30,000 - £38,000

Duties:
- Manage a high volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims using the firm’s Case Management Systems
- Provide professional, timely, and relevant legal advice to clients, maintaining regular contact and managing expectations
- Handle cases with denial of liability and causation arguments independently
- Assess liability and quantum, review medical reports, research case law, draft schedules of special damages, and determine suitable compensation awards
- Identify cases for tactical litigation and proceed expeditiously
- Approach settlements with a practical and commercial mindset, advising clients on litigation and cost risks.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Substantial experience managing a caseload of Fast Track RTA litigated claims
- Strong drafting skills and the ability to negotiate appropriate settlements
- Solid working knowledge of the CPR, legislation, and relevant case law
