Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of probate and estate administration matters. Advise clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax, and estate planning. Prepare applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and compliantly. Requirements Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with probate experience. Strong technical knowledge of private client matters. Excellent communication and client care skills.
