Harkaye Core Talent is partnering with a leading Yorkshire law firm to recruit an experienced RTA / EL / PL Fee Earner to join its growing Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA), Employers Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL) claims from inception through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA, EL and PL claims.
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, insurers and counsel.
- Draft legal documents and witness statements.
- Negotiate settlements and progress claims efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional client care throughout the claims process.
Requirements
- Previous experience handling RTA, EL and/or PL claims.
- Strong case management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
