Duties:
- Supervise, develop, and coach the MOJ team, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality service.
- Distribute workloads effectively and manage capacity.
- Hold regular 1-2-1s and meetings to motivate and support the team.
- Ensure caseloads are progressed efficiently, providing timely and professional legal advice.
