An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm in Macclesfield. This role offers the chance to manage a busy caseload within a supportive, high-performing team, with strong local connections and a consistent pipeline of work.

The Role:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Handling matters including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Re-mortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within agreed timelines
  • Delivering high levels of client care and communication
  • Supporting business development and maintaining referral relationships

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Fee Earner
  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
