An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm in Macclesfield. This role offers the chance to manage a busy caseload within a supportive, high-performing team, with strong local connections and a consistent pipeline of work.
The Role:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Handling matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within agreed timelines
- Delivering high levels of client care and communication
- Supporting business development and maintaining referral relationships
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Fee Earner
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
