Harkaye are representing a friendly and highly regarded law firm looking for a Paralegal to join their Wills & Probate team. This is a great chance to gain hands‐on experience, work closely with an experienced team, and build your career in private client law.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting fee earners and solicitors within the team on a caseload of wills and probate matters
- Handling file openings/closings, billing, and correspondence
- Maintaining and organising case files and documents
- Liaising with clients in a professional and approachable way
- Preparing documents and notes for appointments
- Keeping records up to date and ensuring work progresses smoothly
About you:
- Organised, efficient, and detail‐oriented
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
