The firm is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience dealing with Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence, Commercial or Court of Protection costs matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload within a supportive and professional environment. The Role:
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of costs matters, producing work to a high technical standard and supporting clients throughout the costs process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting bills of costs & budgets
- Preparing Points of Dispute and Replies
- Dealing with negotiations and associated correspondence
- Advising on costs issues and strategy
- Assisting with more complex or high-value matters where required
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Costs Draftsperson
