A highly regarded law firm based in Cheshire are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their established and reputable Litigation department. This role is well suited to a driven and self-sufficient litigator who is comfortable working independently, managing a diverse caseload, and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

About the Role:

Working within a busy and dynamic litigation team, you will handle a varied mix of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on contentious property disputes. You will take full ownership of cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including:

  • Managing a broad caseload including boundary disputes and easement disputes (such as rights of way)
  • Advising clients on a range of commercial and civil matters, ensuring clear, practical and well-reasoned guidance
  • Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, correspondence and other key legal documents
  • Representing clients in court hearings and undertaking negotiations to reach favourable settlements
  • Proactively developing your own client base through high-quality work and by enhancing the firm's local reputation

About You:

A Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Litigation, with the ability to manage files independently from start to finish. Strong and proven experience in contentious property work, particularly boundary and easement matters. Solid grounding in broader civil and commercial litigation. A professional network or the ambition to grow one through your reputation and client care.
