While occasional office attendance may be required, this role is predominantly remote, offering true flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
The Role
- You will take ownership of a varied and complex caseload of high-value and often complex clinical negligence claims, spanning obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric matters.
- You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced Partner on intricate, high-value cases, further developing your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally 5 years PQE.
- Strong track record handling litigated clinical negligence claims.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and client management skills.
