Senior EL/PL Fee Earner Hybrid | Full-Time | Permanent Take the Lead in a Growing Employers' Public Liability Team Harkaye Core Talent is proud to be partnering with an ambitious and expanding claimant law firm to recruit an experienced Senior EL/PL Fee Earner . This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing personal injury practice where you'll play a key role in shaping and developing the Employers' Liability and Public Liability offering. Working alongside experienced legal leaders, you'll manage a high-quality caseload while helping to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department. The Opportunity You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Employers' Liability and Public Liability matters, including: Fast Track claims. Complex MOJ Portal matters. Non-Portal EL/PL claims. Part 7 and Part 8 litigation through to Trial. This is a hands-on fee-earning role with genuine opportunities to influence team development, provide technical guidance and help shape best practice within the department.
