Job Description
Residential Property Paralegal – Full-Time
A well-regarded full-service law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a full-time position, and applicants must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a paralegal, with proven ability to manage their own caseload.
You’ll be supporting the Head of Residential Property while independently handling a variety of residential property transactions. The role involves day-to-day client contact, management of transactions from instruction to post-completion, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients throughout the conveyancing process via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.

Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, the Land Registry, and other solicitors.

Draft and amend legal documents, including advice notes, letters, and post-completion registration forms.

Manage your own caseload of residential transactions efficiently and in line with agreed service standards.

Contribute to business development initiatives and team goals.
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a paralegal, ideally with prior exposure to residential property work.
