Job Description
With modern commercial offices based outside of the city centre, offering hybrid and flexible working this role would suit a Residential Conveyancer (fee earner, or paralegal) looking for a new challenge with a leading name in the industry.
You will have a solid background in residential conveyancing and be confident managing a caseload of transactions from instruction through to completion. Your new role will be varied and you will have exposure to a variety of (low volume) conveyancing matters to include (but not limited to):
- ??????Freehold and leasehold sale and purchase
- Shared Ownership
- Right to Buy
- Help to Buy
- New Build
- Remortgage and Transfer of Equity
You will work alongside an experienced Partner within the team and have every tool at your disposal to enable you to progress your career and deliver excellent service to every client – allowing you in turn to establish your own strong reputation in the market
On offer is a competitive salary in line with your previous conveyancing experience and full company benefits including 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), pension and hybrid/flexible working
