Our client, a well-established law firm based in Liverpool City Centre, are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of Fast Track RTA, EL, PL, OL and ID matters (litigated and non-litigated).
- Independently running cases from instruction through to settlement and costs.
- Process new claims, including those submitted through the MOJ Portal.
- Drafting statements, legal documents & instructions to experts/Counsel.
- Value damages, negotiate settlements & handle applications.
- Attend court, both with and without Counsel.
