A well-regarded and progressive law firm is seeking an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor (2+ years PQE) or experienced Legal Executive to join its expanding team in Mansfield. You will manage a broad mix of claimant personal injury matters including RTA, EL/PL, Occupiers Liability and Clinical Negligence claims. Key Responsibilities & Skills- Managing a varied caseload of RTA, EL/PL, OL and Clinical Negligence matters from instruction through to settlement or trial.
- Demonstrating strong advocacy and negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Conducting litigation confidently and efficiently, including drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement documentation.
- Maintaining excellent client communication and delivering a consistently high standard of client care.
- Exhibiting strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Adopting a client-focused approach with a genuine passion for securing optimal results.
- Managing a diverse caseload independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
