Harkaye Core Talent is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm for an experienced RTA & PI Case Handler to join their Leeds-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with personal injury experience looking to join a supportive and collaborative environment offering quality work, flexibility, and long-term career progression.

The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of Small Claims Track RTA matters from initial instruction through to settlement while ensuring excellent levels of client care throughout the claims process. The role will involve handling cases proactively, progressing matters efficiently, and maintaining regular communication with clients and third parties. Where claims are not capable of settlement pre-issue, you will also assist with drafting proceedings, preparing witness statements, and complying with court deadlines and directions. You may also support senior solicitors within the wider personal injury team on more complex matters when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of RTA and personal injury claims

About You
  • Previous experience handling OIC and Fast Track RTA claims within a law firm environment
  • Strong understanding of the OIC, MOJ Pre-Action Protocol, and Civil Procedure Rules
  • Confident communicator with strong client-care skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Professional and proactive approach to work
  • Comfortable working within a target-driven environment
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
