We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy property team in Leeds. This is a client-facing role supporting both residential and new build teams, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a high volume of work.
The Role:
- Opening files and updating the case management system
- Supporting sales and purchase transactions from instruction to completion
- Issuing contracts, ordering searches, and assisting with enquiries
- Preparing exchange and completion documentation
- Handling client queries via phone and email
- General administrative support
About You:
- Minimum 12 months’ conveyancing experience (sales & purchase essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
