Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate Court of Protection Bills of Costs with a high level of detail.
  • Traditional Bills of Costs
  • Electronic Bills of Costs (Precedent S)
  • Costs Budgets (Precedent H)
  • Statements of Costs (N260)
  • Provide strategic costs advice to clients and internal teams.
  • Negotiate settlements and costs with opposing parties.
  • Draft and respond to Points of Dispute and Replies.
  • Prepare and submit Part 8 and Interim Payment Applications.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record preparing Court of Protection Bills of Costs.
