A well-regarded firm is looking to bring in an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join their team in Northampton. This role would suit someone who enjoys a broad spread of commercial litigation work and is keen to play a key part in growing the dispute resolution offering in the region. You will be joining a friendly team with plenty of client exposure, a strong focus on relationship building, and a genuinely flexible hybrid working setup.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied caseload of general commercial disputes
- Taking ownership of business development activity and helping win new instructions
- Building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities to cross-sell
- Creating and delivering your own BD plan in line with team/firm goals
- Overseeing matters from engagement through to billing and fee collection
- Ensuring files are kept compliant and ready for audit
- Delegating work appropriately and supervising junior team members
- Supporting junior colleagues with their own BD and development
