We are currently recruiting a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a well-established and growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE, including Newly Qualified Solicitors who are seeking to build on their litigation within a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload across areas including:

  • debt recovery
  • general civil litigation
  • contentious probate and trust disputes
  • commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
  • property and neighbour disputes
  • breach of contract claims

You will be responsible for handling matters independently, with appropriate supervision and guidance available where needed. The work is diverse ranging from straightforward debt collection matters through to more complex litigation.
