We are looking for a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join a growing Court of Protection Health & Welfare team. Experience in Health & Welfare work is welcome but not essential. We are keen to hear from lawyers with backgrounds in family law, mental health, Court of Protection (Property & Affairs), safeguarding or other people-focused areas who want to develop their expertise in this specialist field.
You will work on meaningful and varied matters, supporting vulnerable clients and their families, with strong supervision, training and opportunities for progression.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (up to around 3 years PQE)
- Experience in people-focused legal work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative, client-centred approach
