Key Responsibilities

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support fee earners across the full conveyancing process, including:

  • Opening new files and handling initial instructions
  • Drafting documents, letters, and updating the CMS
  • Preparing contract packs and assisting with enquiries
  • Ordering searches, assisting with exchanges and completions
  • Issuing mortgage reports and communicating with clients and third parties
  • General administration filing, billing, photocopying, archiving
What We're Looking For

You will be an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in residential conveyancing (sales & purchases)
  • Experience working in a busy conveyancing team
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
