A leading and well-established insurance brokerage is seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive to join their thriving Professional Indemnity, Risk Management and Casualty team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a client-facing, service-led position with exposure to a diverse and high-profile client portfolio across the construction and property sectors.
As an Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of several significant mid-to-large corporate accounts, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice. You’ll lead day-to-day service delivery, act as the primary point of contact for clients, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless insurance placement and risk management support.
You’ll work with a wide variety of clients, including:
- Contractors and sub-contractors
- Property developers and asset managers
- Commercial and residential property owners
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key clients
- Deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions
- Oversee renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims support
- Draft and present client documentation and reports
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and brokers
- Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments
- Support and mentor junior team members as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Professional Indemnity, Risk Management and/or Casualty insurance, ideally within a brokerage setting
- Proven track record in managing complex commercial insurance programmes
- Deep understanding of insurance principles and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Must have experience in managing existing clients.
- Must be able to develop new opportunities in the Commercial / Corporate space.
- Organised, proactive, and client-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/case management systems
- Cert CII/Dip CII qualification (or working towards) preferred
