The Role Manage a reduced caseload of public law children matters from instruction through to conclusion. Conduct your own advocacy in the Family Court. Supervise, mentor and support a team of lawyers across several locations. Carry out file reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures. Assist with case allocation, performance management, budgeting and wider departmental projects. Work closely with senior leadership to help drive the continued success of the team.
