A progressive and ambitious law firm is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer / Team Leader to join its growing Residential Property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer who combines strong technical ability with leadership and commercial drive.
You will manage your own caseload while supervising and developing a small team, contributing directly to the department’s financial performance and ongoing growth.
The Role:- Managing a full caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages with minimal supervision
