You will handle a varied caseload including:
- Divorce and financial remedy disputes

- Rights of unmarried and cohabiting couples
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Supporting marketing and networking initiatives with local referral agencies
- Participating in external advice sessions for community organisations
What They’re Looking For
- NQ to 5 years experience in Family Law, including running your own caseload
- Strong advocacy skills
