The Opportunity You'll manage your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Fast Track personal injury matters, including claims that have exited the RTA and OIC Portals. Your caseload will involve: Non-Portal Fast Track RTA claims. Litigated Part 7 and Part 8 matters. Liability and quantum disputes. Pre and post-litigation case management through to settlement or Trial where appropriate.
