About the role

As a Programme Lead for Hospitality & Catering, you will play a key role in shaping both the curriculum and the student experience. You will deliver consistently high-quality teaching and practical sessions, ensuring students develop the knowledge, skills and professional behaviours required for success in the industry.

You will take ownership of curriculum quality and student outcomes, maintaining high expectations and driving continuous improvement across the provision.

The role also includes:

  • Leading on student attendance, engagement and progress, ensuring timely interventions where needed
  • Monitoring and improving the quality of teaching, learning and assessment
  • Supporting students' progression into higher education, apprenticeships or employment
  • Contributing to a culture of excellence, professionalism and ambition

You will be expected to hold a Level 3 Assessor Award and Level 4 IQA qualification, or be willing to work towards them.
