Position Overview: Examinations and MIS Assistant at Haringey Sixth Form College. Full‑time permanent, 36 hours per week, salary £34,937 (H6), start date as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Support the effective delivery of all aspects of examinations administration and student data processing.
- Work closely with the Examinations Manager and report to the Director of MIS and Examinations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient administration of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body regulations.
- Maintain accurate student data daily and support returns to the DfE.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports and statistical outputs.
- Assist with enrolment and student data management using Civica REMS system.
- Assist across the academic year and during summer holidays, particularly around GCE and GCSE result days.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong organisational and detail‑focused skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and work both as part of a team and independently with initiative.
- Previous experience of administration in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficient with computer systems; training on Civica’s REMS will be provided if necessary.
- Committed, highly motivated and flexible to work during summer holidays.
