About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Disrepair Administrator to join our Housing Repairs & Compliance team. You will play a key role in supporting the management of disrepair cases, ensuring they are logged, processed, and coordinated effectively. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting the smooth flow of information across the service in a fast-paced and complex environment.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team that works closely with internal departments, surveyors, legal teams, and external partners. The team is focused on delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes and prides itself on strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement across Housing Repairs & Compliance.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. With strong communication and IT skills, you are confident liaising with a range of stakeholders and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
