About the Role
Are you a skilled contracts manager ideally working within the parking sector? The postholder will provide technical support and expertise on the commissioning, procurement, implementation, and ongoing management of parking service contracts and service level agreements. This includes the Parking Management IT System, Parking Removal contracts, contracts for Body Worn Cameras, Civil Enforcement Officer Handhelds, and the Enforcement Agent Service Level Agreement.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a track record of mobilising contracts, directly managing contracts, and skilled at contract negotiations and understanding contracts. In addition, you will have excellent knowledge and understanding of the full procurement and contract award process, stakeholder management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to foster relationships with suppliers while adopting a partnership approach to contract management that achieves excellence in service delivery.
