Rokesly Schools consist of a Nursery & Infant school and Junior school, offering a supportive, dynamic and vibrant provision for children aged 3 – 11 with excellent education opportunities. We are looking for experienced Office Administrators – one to join our infant school office and one to join our junior school office. Your role will involve:
- Welcoming all visitors to the school
- Managing our pupil database and website
- Sending out communications to our school community
- Administering the finances for our trips and activities
- Other general admin tasks, for example, ordering and managing resources
The successful candidates will:
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a child-focused environment
- Be excellent at communicating with a range of people who visit our school
- Be self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Have good ICT skills and must have GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
