We are seeking to appoint a Transition Officer to oversee the smoothest possible process as students join us from their Primary school. The post holder will work with students, families and staff to promote wellbeing, academic engagement and success in all aspects of school life.

Candidates with the skills, commitment and enthusiasm to support students at a pivotal stage in their educational journey are encouraged to apply.
