Haringey Council is seeking a Surveyor – Disrepair / Damp & mould to safeguard the council’s housing stock, including around 20,000 tenanted and leasehold homes. You will diagnose defects, manage damp, mould and disrepair cases, and prepare specifications and reports for works.
You will inspect on-site, oversee contractors, and ensure activity complies with statutory and safety requirements; you will support legal disrepair proceedings with evidence and clear documentation.
